Transform Care Workshop

  • Vitality Natural Healthcare Center 3195 W RAY RD Emmaus United States (map)

Identify behaviors that no longer serve you, transform them into new opportunities and use them as a catapult for growth and expansion.

Have you been curious about the different levels of NetworkSpinal that you experience at Vitality? The 3 levels of care, also known as the Sacred Seasons, are Discover, Transform and Awaken. In this upcoming workshop, we invite current and former practice members to dive deeper into understanding your experiences as you move through the season of Transform.

During this free community workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate our second level of care known as Transform. In this season, you identify behaviors that no longer serve you, transform them into new opportunities and use them as a catapult for growth and expansion. Your body deepens its access to its own (unique to you) healing wave which allows the release of chronic stress patterns. This is where the rubber hits the road. The strategies learned in Discover Care will help you gain the fuel needed to initiate these changes. Transform Care will propel you into a season of shift and transformation and towards the life you have always desired.

Some of the things you may notice are:

  • Better posture

  • Management of stress more efficiently

  • Dissipation of limiting beliefs in your life

  • Increased ability to listen to the subtle cues and rhythms of your body

Transition from lower mental (“monkey mind” and chatter) to upper mental (inner wisdom and guidance)

Ideally this workshop is for current and former practice members. However, everyone is welcome! One lucky attendee will win a free initial consultation to gift to a loved one to initiate their healing journey. Please register so we know how many lovely souls will be with us! We hope to see you there!
